The Eastern corridor of the city has been witnessing maximum demand from occupiers due its proximity to the airport and the excellent infrastructure in the vicinity; thus making Viman Nagar, Kharadi, Magarpatta and Kalyaninagar in East Pune premium locations from the commercial real estate perspective.
Wadgaon Sheri has the distinct advantage of being almost equidistant from all these important areas of the Eastern corridor; at merely 3-4 km average drive from any of these locations.
