Project Coordinator – Engineer

.Job Profile:

Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site
Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and specifications
Monitor structural works (RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting)
Oversee finishing works (plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, etc.)
Coordinate with Project Manager, architects, structural consultants, and MEP teams
Plan manpower and material requirements
Track project schedules and ensure milestone completion
Conduct site meetings and report progress
Ensure quality standards are maintained at all stages
Conduct inspections and material checks
Implement quality control procedures
Maintain site records and documentation
Review engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site engineering issues.
Verify contractor bills and site measurements
Prepare DPR (Daily Progress Report) and weekly reports
Maintain BOQ tracking and material reconciliation
Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Conduct safety briefings and monitor safety practices
Ensure work is as per local authority norms and approved plans
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Proficiency in engineering software (Auto CAD, MS office)
Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Experience: 7-8yrs (Experience in high-rise apartment projects preferred) Min 3yrs of experience at senior Engineer

Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
