Sr. Site Engineer

.Job Profile:

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for residential projects.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms.
Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans to customers.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of leads in CRM.
Follow up with prospects regularly to convert inquiries into bookings.
Maintain MIS reports and share daily/weekly updates with management.
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign leads and responses.
Ensure excellent customer relationship management.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Good knowledge of the residential real estate sales process.
Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic understanding of the home loan process is an added advantage.

Experience: 6 months to 1.5 yrs

Location: Panvel Site Office (in Bonshet, New Panvel)
